The Franchise Process
Deciding on the right franchise opportunity can be challenging, which is why we have made our process simple for you. Our goal is to help you reach an informed decision through our stress-free six-step process:
1. Pre-Qualifying and Introductory Call
Send us your info and we’ll kick off the conversation with an introductory call.
2. Brand Review
Aside from several introductory brand collateral that outlines why Big Frog is a great business opportunity, we will schedule a live webinar and provide you a link to our Big Frog Brand Video which will help validate whether Big Frog is the right franchise concept for you.
3. Business Review of Franchise Disclosure Document
We’ll send you our current Franchise Disclosure Document and schedule a review call to help answer questions you may have. We’ll also do our due diligence & review your qualifications in detail to ensure that you are the right addition to our Big Frog family of franchise owners.
4. Introduction to Funding Partner
Big Frog has excellent funding partners that can help fund portions of your initial investment. Our partners offer services like SBA Loans, 401K Rollovers or equipment financing packages. We’ll help you find what works for funding your investment in a Big Frog store.
We make it easy to get all the franchise information you need directly from our franchise owners. Weekly scheduled calls are available with our busy owners where you have a full hour to ask anything you like; there’s no need to track them down and we have recordings of old calls for your review, too. Additionally, you’ll have an opportunity to speak one-on-one with our Chief Development Officer, David Braun, and our CEO, Tina Bacon-DeFrece to get all your questions answered.
6. Welcome to the Pond/Meet the Team
On Meet the Team Day, meet the founders and the management team at the Big Frog Worldwide Headquarters in Dunedin, FL. As you check out the pond, you’ll learn more about the resources and support we provide to all franchise owners. We also get the chance to know you more, ensuring that we help you make an informed decision.
7. Sign Franchise Agreement
If everything goes well, it’s time to make things official! We’ll send you the Big Frog Franchise Agreement to review and sign. Once done, it’s time to kick off the next phase and help you hit the ground running as you open your own Big Frog franchise!
